About VitaVerse LLC

VitaVerse LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming. It’s the legal parent of two operating brands — Heppe-Smith Publishing and Pension Plain — and that’s the whole job. The actual work happens at the brand level.

What we do

VitaVerse itself doesn’t trade or operate. It holds the brands and keeps the paperwork tidy.

The publishing happens at Heppe-Smith Publishing; the pension guides happen at Pension Plain. The structure is small by design — one parent, two brands, one person wearing several hats. No committee meetings.

Who runs it

VitaVerse LLC was founded by and is solely owned by James Heppe-Smith. James writes cozy fantasy for HSP and runs the rest of VitaVerse’s operations day-to-day.
